The Korean football officials are trying to project the image that the games are full of integrity and honesty.

All of this investigation began back in 2010 when many of the games were considered to be corrupt through gambling and match fixing. Currently seven members have been charged with gambling on games that they knew were already match fixed. It has put a halt to the gambling and football season to the Greek football Association in order to further identify the source of the problem. Unfortunately for them, match fixing is a very difficult scandal to identify and therefore they will need to go through a great deal of gambling wagers and many old matches to determine if there were any patterns or anything that stuck out from the ordinary within these games. This process can take months or even years and due to the expansive nature of it will see many players in gambling brokers accused and charged with the crime. In order to maintain some sort of order within the league, there is a 15 day moratorium on matches. Again or resume as normal at the end of August was to have cleared up the situation that has charged seven people with gambling on fixed matches and another possible eight suspects under investigation.
